Former President of the United States of America and 2024 Republican nominee Donald Trump told Fox Business that Mark Zuckerberg has called him multiple times after Trump was shot at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

During an interview with Fox News' Maria Bartiromo, Trump revealed that Zuckerberg had called him after the assassination attempt, and even said that Zuckerberg told him he didn't feel comfortable endorsing a Democrat.

Trump told Bartiromo, "So Mark Zuckerberg called me. First of all, he called me a few times. He called me after the event and he said, 'That was really amazing, it was very brave,' and he actually announced he's not gonna support a Democrat because he can't, because he respected me for what I did that day."

Trump also mentioned that Zuckerberg apologized for FaceBook and Instagram's censorship of the July 13th shooting. Both social media platforms falsely marked photos from the attempt as fake, and its AI assistant, Llama, claimed that the event never happened.

Trump also mentioned that Google has not apologized for its censorship, which involved autofill results which many are accusing of having been manipulated.

Mark Zuckerberg has not endorsed a candidate during recent elections, including the 2016 and 2020 elections.
